It is a low-rise scheme of six blocks, none taller than three storeys, offering ground-floor and middle-floor apartments plus penthouses on the top level. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms each and between 97 and almost 141 m² of living space.
Everyday needs are close at hand. A supermarket sits about 200 metres away, the Bel-Air centre around 400 metres and Flamingos Golf roughly 900 metres. Hospital Hospiten de Estepona is about 3.5 km away and the Puerto Estepona marina about 11.5 km.
