Start with a free valuation. We look at your home, at what is for sale in your town and at what recently left the market, and advise you on a realistic asking price.
Selling property in Spain works differently from selling at home: a notary, a Spanish energy certificate, taxes on the gain and often buyers from several countries. We guide you through it in your own language.
Your home goes on our website and in our app, where buyers from the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of Europe search. We plan and accompany the viewings and keep you posted on every response.
