Alfaz Essence is a new-build development on raised ground in Alfaz del Pi, the Costa Blanca municipality between Benidorm and Altea. Nine residential blocks, each with a ground floor and four upper storeys, contain one, two and three-bedroom apartments, two bedrooms being the most common choice. Interiors run from roughly 52 to 97.5 m².
Outdoor space is where this scheme stands out. Practically every apartment has a south-facing terrace of between about 13.5 m² and just over 100 m², and many add either a private garden of up to around 260 m² or a solarium. A jacuzzi or private pool can be fitted as an option, while the gated grounds offer a communal pool set among landscaped gardens.
Daily errands stay local, with a supermarket some 600 metres away and the centre of l'Alfàs del Pi about 1 km off. Measured in a straight line, Platja de l'Albir is 4 km away, a golf course about the same, the el Mollet marina 10 km and Alicante-Elche airport 52 km.

Alfaz Essence is laid out as a gated estate of nine blocks, each rising from a ground floor through four further storeys and served by a lift.
