Altair is made up of six blocks, each rising from a ground floor through three further storeys. Homes fall into three groups: ground-floor apartments with generous terraces, middle-floor apartments with glazed balconies, and top-floor homes with a rooftop solarium. Layouts run from one bedroom with one bathroom up to three bedrooms with two bathrooms, covering roughly 61 to 128 m² of interior space. Kitchens are supplied fully fitted and open onto the lounge, and bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Orientations vary between east, south-east, south, south-west and west, so it is worth checking which way a particular terrace faces before you choose.
