About 800 metres from La Resina Golf & Country Club, Altezza Suites is a new build development in Estepona on the western Costa del Sol. It is made up of seven low-rise blocks of no more than three storeys. There are ground-floor, middle-floor and top-floor apartments, plus a small number of duplex penthouses. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 118 to 223 m² of living space, and every one has a terrace of between 33 and 248 m².
The setting is rural and green, with forest and hills nearby. Even so, the town centre, shops and Hospiten de Estepona hospital are all roughly 2.5 km away, and the beach is a similar distance as the crow flies. The homes face south, south-west and west, looking out over the sea, the mountains and the countryside.
The complex is gated, with round-the-clock security. Inside are a heated indoor communal pool, a gym, a sauna and landscaped gardens. Underfloor heating and underground parking with EV charging make it a practical choice for winter as well as summer.
