Arrecife is a new build development in Casares on the western Costa del Sol, roughly 300 metres from the beach and about 1 km from the nearest golf course. That puts a morning swim within walking distance and makes a round of golf an easy habit. Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa is about 4 km away, the centre of San Luis de Sabinillas 2.5 km and a supermarket around 1 km.
Eight blocks rise from ground level to a fifth floor, holding apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms and between about 83 and 232 m² of living space. Many ground-floor homes come with their own garden, the upper floors have terraces and the top-floor homes have a solarium. The complex faces south and has sea views.
Inside the gated grounds there is a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and landscaped gardens. Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona lies about 3 km away. Gibraltar is the closest airport at 29 km, while Málaga is about 72 km away.
