Aruna is a new build development in Marbella, set in Cabopino with Cabopino golf course roughly 100 metres away and the Artola dunes close by. Two buildings hold apartments and penthouses with three or four bedrooms, each with a matching number of bathrooms and between about 130 and 141 m² of living space.
Outdoor living is where these homes stand out. Terraces range from 81 to 169 m², in the largest cases exceeding the interior floor area, and part of each is covered. From the complex the outlook takes in both the sea and the mountains, while a few ground floor homes add a small private garden.
Everyday needs are well covered. Artola's centre is around 800 metres away, a supermarket about 1 km, and both Playa de Calahonda and the Puerto Cabopino marina roughly 1.5 km. Hospital Costa del Sol is around 8 km off and Málaga airport about 30 km.
