Being able to walk to the sea is the main draw of Azure Living, a new-build development in Torre del Mar, the seaside district of Vélez-Málaga on the eastern Costa del Sol. As the crow flies, Playa de Torre del Mar is roughly 400 metres away, a supermarket about 200 metres and the town centre around 1 km.
The scheme is split across two blocks, each rising from ground level to a fifth floor. Most homes sit on the intermediate floors, alongside a handful on the ground floor and six penthouses at the top. Sizes start at around 54 m² for the one-bedroom layout and reach about 127 m² for the largest three-bedroom homes. Every property comes with a terrace, from just under 14 m² to more than 145 m².
Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gym and a coworking room, and a lift serves every floor. Practical matters are close at hand as well: Hospital Comarcal de La Axarquía is about 2 km away, a golf course roughly 3.5 km and Málaga airport around 35.5 km.

Azure Living comprises two blocks of six storeys each, a ground floor with five levels above it. The bulk of the homes are on the middle floors, complemented by a few ground-floor flats and six penthouses on the top level. Living space runs from approximately 54 m² in a one-bedroom layout to around 127 m² in the most generous homes, which have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kitchens are open to the lounge and fully fitted with Bosch appliances, floors are finished in large porcelain tiles, wardrobes are built in, and a number of homes have an en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor living centres on the terrace. Each home has one, partly covered, with sizes from almost 14 m² to over 145 m², and some properties also have a solarium. Depending on orientation and height, views take in the sea, the gardens or the pool. Heating and cooling are provided by aerothermal air conditioning, a heat pump system that keeps running costs down.
