Set in a residential part of town, Bahia Nova is a small new-build scheme in Pilar de la Horadada, the southernmost municipality on the Costa Blanca in Alicante province. Two blocks hold ground-floor and first-floor bungalows, joined by a single semi-detached corner house. You get three bedrooms whichever type you pick, two or three bathrooms depending on the unit, and somewhere between roughly 92 and 146 m² of interior space.
What stands out is the outdoor space. Downstairs owners have a private garden of up to about 92 m², upstairs owners a solarium, and terraces range from around 43 to 128 m². The shared pool is surrounded by landscaped communal gardens. Aerothermal heating, pre-installed air conditioning and pre-installation for solar panels point to modest running costs.
The location suits people who want to live here outside the summer months as well. The centre of Pilar de la Horadada is about 500 metres away and a supermarket around 400 metres. Playa de las Villas lies some 2 km off, the closest golf course 3.5 km. Murcia airport is 30.5 km away, Alicante 50 km.

Bahia Nova is laid out over two blocks of two storeys. Most of the homes are bungalows, with one unit on the ground floor and another on the first floor above it.
