Calanova Homes is a small new-build scheme of semi-detached houses in Mijas, set on the edge of the fairways in the Calanova Golf neighbourhood. Every house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with living space from roughly 136 to 280 m², arranged in two blocks inside a gated complex. This is a project about room to live, not compact holiday flats.
Golf is the obvious draw: Calanova Golf Club is around 500 metres away. For the sea, Playa de Calahonda - Riviera lies just under 3 km as the crow flies, and the marina at Puerto Cabopino about 3.5 km. La Cala, the nearest town centre, is a similar distance, and Urgencias Hospital Costa del Sol is close to 9.5 km off. Málaga is the handiest airport at about 27 km, with Gibraltar 69 km away.
