Set about 100 metres from the centre of Marbella, Casa Gloria is a small new-build development right in the town on the Costa del Sol. Everyday life here works on foot: Playa de Venus is roughly 300 metres away, a supermarket around 200 metres, and Marina la Bajadilla Marbella about 900 metres along the coast. Hospital Quironsalud Marbella is at approximately 1 km.
Two blocks hold a mix of middle-floor apartments and duplexes on the first and second floors. Homes have two or three bedrooms and between roughly 82 and 181 m² of living space. Some come with a private terrace of 17 to almost 42 m², and the building looks out over the sea as well as the townscape. Kitchens open onto the lounge, and residents have a lift and storage rooms.
