Costafiore Gardens Fase I is a new build development in Estepona where you can step out of the gate and be on a fairway or a beach within minutes on foot. It sits between the town and the New Golden Mile, about 400 metres from Azata Golf and roughly 600 metres from the sea, measured as the crow flies.
That position also covers the practical side of life. The Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is around 600 metres away and a supermarket about 400 metres. Puerto Estepona marina is roughly 3 km off and the centre of Estepona about 4.5 km. Gibraltar is the closest airport at around 32 km, with Málaga at about 69 km.
