Cruise Resort is a new-build development on the edge of the village of San Miguel de Salinas, inland on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It comprises two residential blocks with ground-floor apartments and upper-floor flats rising to the seventh storey. Every home has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living space of roughly 65 to 96 m², and nearly all of them come with a private terrace measuring from about 24 m² to more than 376 m².
The appeal here is everyday convenience. The centre of San Miguel de Salinas is around 500 metres away and a supermarket about 200 metres, so daily errands can be done on foot. The nearest golf course is some 4 km away, the beach at Playa Cala La Mosca roughly 8 km and the Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja about 7 km.
Within the gated grounds, residents share a pool with a separate children's pool, landscaped gardens, a play area and outdoor exercise equipment. Region of Murcia airport is about 35 km away and Alicante-Elche around 40 km.
