Dune Essence brings a small group of new-build villas to Daya Nueva, a quiet inland municipality on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. Every villa is single-storey and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms across just under 99 m² of living space. Each one comes with its own private pool and a garden of roughly 155 to 220 m².
The location works well for day-to-day life because the village is so close. The centre of Daya Nueva is about 300 metres away, so a coffee or a loaf of bread doesn't need the car. A larger supermarket is around 2.5 km away, and the health centre in Benijófar about 4.5 km.
