Two hundred metres from the sand of Playa del Cura, Edificio Rodas Playa is a new build apartment building in Torrevieja for buyers who want the sea and the town within walking distance. It is a single block rising from the ground floor through five upper storeys, with most homes on the middle floors, two penthouses at the top and two ground floor units.
Location is what sets it apart. Torrevieja's town centre is roughly 900 metres away, a supermarket about 300 metres, and the Real Club Náutico marina around 1 km. Hospital Quirón/USP Hospital San Jaime is about 3 km away, and so is the nearest golf course.
Shared facilities keep everything close to home: a communal pool with a separate children's pool, a gym, a sauna and a rooftop solarium with lounge corners and planting. The building is a single block of six levels, the ground floor plus five storeys above, served by a lift.
