Set roughly 100 metres back from Playa de Los Locos, Edificio Talan 1 is a small new build development in Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca. It occupies a single block, with two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments on the middle floors and a penthouse on level five. Living areas range from about 75 to 82 m², and every home has its own terrace.
Day to day, this is a location where you can leave the car parked. The sand is practically on your doorstep, shopping is about 200 metres away and Torrevieja's town centre lies around 2 km off. The Real Club Náutico marina is a similar distance, and the nearest golf course is around 4 km away.
