In the Playa del Cura district of Torrevieja, Edificio Victoria I is a new build apartment block where the sand of Platja del Cura is roughly 200 metres from the front door. Boats are moored at the Real Club Náutico some 800 metres off, and Torrevieja's centre lies a similar walk in the other direction. A supermarket sits about 200 metres from the building, with public transport and a church nearby.
The building rises over five levels, ground floor up to the fourth storey. Homes range from one-bedroom flats of around 51 m² to a duplex penthouse of just over 161 m², with two further penthouses at the top. Residents park underground, and the roof is given over to a solarium with a jacuzzi and lounge corner looking out to sea and across town.
Alicante-Elche is the nearest airport, around 35.5 km as the crow flies, while Región de Murcia airport is about 44 km away. Hospital Quirón/USP Hospital San Jaime is roughly 3 km from the block.

Edificio Victoria I is a single five-level block in the heart of Playa del Cura. Two homes occupy the ground floor, the middle storeys hold most of the apartments, and the fourth level is reserved for two penthouses and a duplex penthouse. Every apartment faces outwards and has a balcony, with outlooks over the sea or the town.
