The appeal of the location is the balance between woodland and convenience. The villa sits among pine trees, yet a golf course lies roughly 700 metres away and the centre of Artola about 600 metres away. Playa de San Pedro is around 5.5 km as the crow flies, and the Marina La Bajadilla in Marbella about 12 km. The south-west facing terraces look out over the sea and golf, reaching Gibraltar when the air is clear.
