Kristina Views is a new-build scheme of semi-detached houses in Manilva, the westernmost municipality of the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga. Each house has three or four bedrooms with a matching number of bathrooms, between 128 and 172 m² of living space and a private terrace of 33 to 95 m². Most also come with their own garden, from a modest 15 m² patch up to almost 147 m².
Life on the gated development centres on a shared pool, landscaped grounds and a residents' gym, while covered parking with an EV charge point suits owners who plan to live here full time. Views take in the sea, the mountains and the green countryside inland.
Golf is the obvious draw: La Duquesa Golf & Country Club sits roughly a kilometre from the homes. Playa de la Chullera and the centre of Castillo de la Duquesa are each within 1.5 km, and the harbour at Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa is a little over 2 km off. For flights, Gibraltar is close by across the border, while Málaga is further but offers a far wider choice of routes.
