La Azohia is a small new-build scheme in Cartagena on the Costa Cálida, Murcia, made up of just two terraced townhouses set a short walk back from the sea. Playa de La Chapineta is around 100 metres away and a shop for everyday basics around 500 metres, so ordinary days can be spent almost entirely on foot between the house, the beach and the roof.
Each home is arranged over two storeys with 2 or 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms and roughly 75 to 78 m² of living space. Outside there is a private terrace of 24 to 27.5 m², a private garden of about 18 m² and a solarium with a jacuzzi looking out to sea. The houses come fully furnished, pre-installed for hot and cold air conditioning, with central heating as well.
Mazarrón town centre lies around 14 km away and the yacht port in Cartagena about 17 km. Camposol Golf Club is roughly 20 km off. Region of Murcia airport is about 27.5 km away, with Alicante-Elche at around 97 km.

The development is a single block of two terraced townhouses, each laid out as a duplex entered at ground level.
