Set in the hill town of La Nucia, just inland from Benidorm, La Nucía Pines is a new-build scheme of two-bedroom, two-bathroom flats spread over two buildings. Each block rises from ground level to a fourth storey, so the real decision for a buyer is height: close to the gardens, somewhere in the middle, or right at the top with a solarium.
Internal space sits at roughly 72 to 77 m² per flat. Every home has its own terrace, which ranges from about 13 m² to just over 80 m² depending on where it sits in the building. Beneath the blocks is a basement garage with an allocated space and a storeroom for each flat, plus charging points for electric cars. The grounds are gated and include a shared garden, a pool, a separate children's pool and a gym.
Daily shopping is about 400 metres away, and the centre of La Nucia roughly 1.5 km. Meliá Villaitana golf is around 4.5 km off, while the sand at Platja de Cap Blanc is about 6 km away. Alicante-Elche airport lies some 51.5 km as the crow flies.
