Lima Collection is a new-build development of single-storey villas in Orihuela Costa, within the Las Colinas Golf area on the southern Costa Blanca. Every home is a detached villa with three or four bedrooms, roughly 165 to 335 m² of living space, a private plot garden of around 645 to 1,060 m² and its own swimming pool. Living areas and bedrooms sit on one level, which suits buyers who would rather not deal with stairs day to day.
Golfers will appreciate that Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is about 400 metres away. For the sea, Playa Barranco Rubio at Cala de Campoamor and the Puerto Deportivo Miguel Caballero marina are both about 5.5 km away, and the centre of Dehesa de Campoamor is around 4.5 km off.
