Lo Marabu Villas is a new build scheme of 48 villas in Rojales, set within the residential area of Ciudad Quesada on the southern Costa Blanca. Each home comes with its own plot, a private pool and a garden of 250 to 449 m², while the houses themselves offer 107 to 123 m² of living space with three or four bedrooms. It suits buyers who would rather have their own patch of ground than share facilities in an apartment block.
Everyday errands are close at hand. A supermarket sits roughly 400 metres away, Urbanización Doña Pepa about 1 km, and the Centro de Salud de Benijófar around 2.5 km. La Marquesa Golf lies some 2.5 km as the crow flies, so a morning round needs little planning. For the sea, Platja del Camp is about 6.5 km off and Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes 9 km, with the salt lagoons of La Mata and Torrevieja also in the surrounding area.
