Everyday needs are close by. The Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja and a supermarket are both roughly 600 metres away, the nearest golf course about 1.5 km, the beach at Playa de Los Náufragos around 2 km and the Marina Internacional some 3 km. Torrevieja town centre is about 3.5 km away.

The scheme consists of two detached villas in a quiet, sparsely built residential area. Each villa has 213 m² of living space over two levels.
