Luxury Villa Horizonte is a detached new build in Finestrat, perched on the Sierra Cortina hillside above Benidorm on the Costa Blanca. This is not a flat in a block but a single family house: six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 375 m² of living space and a 700 m² plot with a private pool. Because the house sits on a slope facing Benidorm, the outlook runs over the town towards the Mediterranean, with mountains behind, and the layout has been turned to catch as much sun as possible.
Everyday errands stay simple. The Sierra Cortina pitch and putt is roughly 400 metres away, a supermarket about 1 km, and Platja de Ponent beach around 2.5 km. Should you need medical care, the local district hospital, Hospital Comarcal de la Marina Baixa, is some 3 km off, and boat owners will find Club Náutico de Villajoyosa about 6 km away.
The villa comes fully furnished, with home automation, solar panels and underfloor heating. Finestrat's old centre is about 3.5 km away and Alicante-Elche Airport roughly 44.5 km as the crow flies.

Luxury Villa Horizonte is one standalone house on its own 700 m² plot in Sierra Cortina, overlooking Benidorm. The land falls away, which shapes the landscaping and frees up the view towards the town and the sea. Closer to home you look out over the mountains, the garden, the pool and an inner courtyard. Inside, 375 m² is shared between generous living areas and six bedrooms, every one of them with an en-suite bathroom. Fitted wardrobes, a utility room and a fully fitted kitchen are included, and the house is sold fully furnished.
Outdoors there is 95 m² of terrace, part of it covered, along with a solarium and a private swimming pool. Cars go in a private garage with room for more than one vehicle, and an EV charging point is already in place, useful if you plan to drive an electric car around the coast.
For year-round comfort, the air conditioning is pre-installed for both cooling and heating, and underfloor heating keeps the rooms evenly warm in winter. Photovoltaic panels generate electricity on site, while a home automation system lets you control the installations centrally. WiFi is provided, and an entry phone at the gate shows you who is calling. The house has been oriented for maximum sunlight, which makes the cooler months more pleasant and helps the solar panels do their job.
