Five detached new-build villas make up Luxury Villas Esmeralda, set within Pinar de Campoverde in the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, each on its own plot of just over 800 m². Every villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and roughly 190 m² of living space, along with a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a covered terrace facing south-east.
Pinar de Campoverde lies a few kilometres inland on a slope dotted with trees. Around 3,000 homes make up the area, shared by Spanish, British, German, Belgian and Dutch residents, and it keeps its everyday rhythm well beyond the summer. Lo Romero golf course is about 2 km away and a supermarket roughly 1.5 km. On the eastern edge of the neighbourhood you reach the Río Seco natural park, where a gorge runs through yellow sandstone.
The sea calls for a short drive: Playa Barranco Rubio at Cala de Campoamor and the Puerto Deportivo Miguel Caballero marina are each around 8 km off. Region of Murcia Airport (RMU) sits about 28 km away, with Alicante-Elche (ALC) at around 48 km.
