Few new-build addresses in Benalmádena put sand and fairways this close together: Macan Beach Residences sits roughly 300 metres from Playa de Arroyo Hondo and 400 metres from Golf Torrequebrada, both as the crow flies. A supermarket is about as near as the golf course, the centre of La Perla-Torremuelle is around a kilometre off, and Hospital Vithas Xanit International lies about 1.5 km away.
These are family-sized homes rather than holiday studios. Each has three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and somewhere between 109 and 167 m² of living space. Buyers can pick a duplex, a middle-floor flat, the penthouse or one of the penthouse duplexes, all in a single building. Every home has its own terrace, and on the largest it approaches 183 m².
Behind the gate, residents share a pool and garden, and the building has its own gym and sauna. Solar panels, air conditioning that heats as well as cools, and a lift make it work as a year-round base. Málaga Airport is only about 12 km away, which also suits anyone flying in for weekends.
