Every home follows the same generous recipe: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool and a garden of roughly 335 to 452 m², with around 304 to 354 m² of living space and just over 104 m² of terrace.
Living here means swapping a seafront address for golf on the doorstep and a short hop to the airport. Alicante-Elche lies about 13 km away as the crow flies, Elche's university hospital about 8 km and the centre of Monforte del Cid around 6 km, with everyday shopping within roughly 4 km. For the sea, Cala Barda is about 16 km off and the harbour at Santa Pola about 19.5 km.
