On the La Finca Golf estate in Algorfa, Mar Egeo II Villa Syros is a small new-build development of detached three-bedroom homes on the southern Costa Blanca. Each one offers roughly 135 m² of living space, two bathrooms, a private pool and a plot garden of 458 to 775 m². Club de Golf La Finca lies about 100 metres away as the crow flies, which puts the course practically at the end of the garden.
Everyday errands stay short. Algorfa's town centre and a supermarket are both around 3 km off, and Hospital Universitario Vega Baja is about 6 km away. The coast sits further out: Platja del Camp at roughly 13 km and the Marina Internacional at 13.5 km. For flights home, Alicante-Elche is about 33 km away and Región de Murcia airport about 40 km.

The development is arranged in two blocks of detached homes over two storeys.
