Spread across ten blocks of up to six storeys, it offers ground floor apartments, homes on the middle floors and penthouses, ranging from a compact single-bedroom layout of about 52 m² to a three-bedroom home of roughly 157 m².
The distances explain the appeal. Playa del Cristo and the Puerto Estepona marina are each about 1 km away as the crow flies, the centre of Estepona around 1.5 km and a supermarket about 500 metres. Valle Romano Golf & Resort lies some 2.5 km off, and Vithas Xanit Estepona hospital about 2 km.
Inside the gated grounds there are landscaped gardens, pools including an indoor one, a gym and a wellness area. Almost every home comes with a terrace, and most ground floor units add a private garden. Gibraltar Airport is about 35 km away, Málaga Airport roughly 66 km.

Maralto sits in the Las Mesas area and is laid out as a gated estate of ten blocks, each rising from ground level to a maximum of five upper floors.
