Set in the hillside municipality that borders Benidorm, Marqués Golf Resort is a new-build development in Finestrat on the Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante. It is made up of five low-rise blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper levels, and every home is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Interiors range from roughly 89 to 164 m², and each unit comes with its own terrace of about 20 to 93 m².
Daily life here revolves around short distances. Puig Campana Golf is around 800 metres away, Finestrat's town centre about 2 km, and the Hospital Comarcal de la Marina Baixa roughly 2.5 km. Marqués Golf Resort is laid out as five blocks, each rising to a ground floor and two storeys above. Every home is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living space from approximately 89 m² up to almost 164 m². Ground-floor, middle-floor and top-floor units are spread fairly evenly, so you can choose between living at garden level or higher up with a wider outlook. The kitchen opens onto the lounge to create one generous living area, and windows in the side walls let daylight in from more than one direction. Views take in the gardens and pools, and beyond them Benidorm and the Mediterranean.
Each apartment has a private terrace of around 20 to 93 m², partly covered for shade. Bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes, one bathroom is en suite, and double glazing helps keep heat and noise out. Air conditioning is pre-installed, so only the units need fitting. A lift in every block means the top floor is reached without stairs.
The shared areas are generous: three pool zones with jacuzzis, a separate children's pool, landscaped green spaces and a children's play area. For exercise there is a wellness area with a gym, as well as a padel court. Cars are parked in a communal car park.
