The four ground-floor homes come with private gardens of 143.82 m² up to 225.41 m². The four upstairs swap a garden for a 53.45 m² terrace with solarium. Indoors there is roughly 62 to 63 m², arranged around a fully fitted kitchen that opens into the lounge. Ducting for air conditioning is already installed and the bathroom floors are heated.
Everyday errands are easy on foot here: the town centre is about 900 metres off and a supermarket roughly 1 km. Playa de las Villas and the nearest golf course are both about 3 km away.
