The project
Mirador de Relleu is a single building with five residential floors above the ground floor. Two stairwells serve the upper levels, both fitted with a panoramic lift, so even the top floor is reachable without climbing stairs. Most homes are apartments on the middle floors, offering one, two or three bedrooms, alongside duplexes spread over two levels with as many as four bedrooms. Interiors measure from 52.79 to 192.79 m², with one or two bathrooms.

Each home is laid out with the kitchen flowing straight into the living room. Built-in wardrobes and double-glazed windows are included, and the climate system delivers cool air in July and warmth in January. Every property has a private terrace, the smallest at 11.52 m² and the largest at 75.19 m²; the bigger ones comfortably hold a dining table plus loungers.
The whole ground floor is given over to owners' leisure. The heated indoor pool is surrounded by glazing that can be pushed open in warm weather, turning it into an open-air pool for the summer and a covered one for the rest of the year. Next to it are a sauna, a gym and a residents' lounge. The basement holds an underground garage with 42 storage rooms and parking for 69 cars.
The ground floor gives the scheme its character. Owners share a wellness area there with a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a gym and a lounge. When summer arrives, the large glazed panels around the pool fold open, so swimming feels close to being outdoors, while in cooler months it stays sheltered. Below ground there is a garage with parking and storage rooms.
Day to day, this is village living. The centre is around 200 metres away and a supermarket about 100 metres, so errands are done on foot. The coast is a drive: Platja de l'Esparrelló beach lies 11 km away as the crow flies, Puig Campana Golf 10 km and Alicante-Elche airport 40 km.
Who is it for? Mirador de Relleu appeals to buyers who would rather wake up in a mountain village than a resort town: walkers, cyclists and people planning long stays or a permanent move. One to four bedrooms means it works for couples as well as families. The indoor pool keeps the building useful in winter too. Bear in mind that outdoor space means your terrace, as there are no gardens, and that reaching the beach, golf or the airport requires a car.
