Mojácar Nature is a small new-build scheme of detached villas in Mojácar, set just back from Playa de las Ventanicas on the Costa de Almería. The sand is roughly 100 metres away, close enough to walk down for a swim before breakfast. A supermarket sits at about 200 metres and the centre of Ventanicas-El Cantal at around 400 metres, so a morning coffee or a bag of groceries never requires the car.

The project
Mojácar Nature is laid out as a single block of villas, each with its main living floor at ground level and a basement beneath. Every home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom with its own en suite. Cooking, dining and relaxing happen in one continuous space, as the kitchen flows into the lounge.
