MonteMar Villas is a small new-build development in Finestrat, on the northern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, made up of detached villas that each come with a private pool and a private garden of 457 to 523 m². The gated complex is arranged in two blocks. Every villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 114.5 to 128 m² of living space and a terrace of 48.2 to 77.6 m².
Buyers can choose between two layouts. The single-storey villa puts the kitchen, dining area and lounge in one open room that leads straight out to the terrace. The two-level villa adds a lower floor at pool height, which works well as a guest suite, a hobby room or extra living space. All homes face south and look out towards the sea and Puig Campana.
