Mykonos Apartments is a new-build development in Dolores, a quiet inland town on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. The scheme is made up of two blocks with a ground floor and one upper floor, and every flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You choose between a ground-floor and a top-floor home, with 76.5 to 90.8 m² of living space and a private terrace of 47.5 to 176 m².
The centre of Dolores is roughly 500 metres away and there is a supermarket at about 600 metres, so everyday errands can be done on foot. The El Hondo nature park lies right by the town. La Marquesa Golf in Rojales is around 7 km away as the crow flies, while the beach at Platja dels Tossals and the Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes are both about 11 km away, on the coast near Guardamar del Segura.
Alicante-Elche Airport is approximately 24.5 km away and Región de Murcia Airport about 48 km, which gives frequent travellers a choice of two airports.
