Facing the sea across Estepona's seafront boulevard, Nacare is a new build development in Estepona made up of a single four-storey building of generously sized apartments and penthouses. La Rada, the town's largest beach, starts roughly 100 metres from the entrance.
Space is the main draw. Homes have three or four bedrooms, with the same number of bathrooms, and interiors of around 186 to 235 m². Every unit comes with its own terrace, from about 67 m² up to almost 370 m² on the largest penthouses. All of them face south and are designed for cross ventilation, which counts for a lot in a Costa del Sol summer.
Day-to-day errands rarely need the car. A supermarket sits a couple of hundred metres away, the Vithas Xanit Estepona hospital about half a kilometre off, and the old town centre around 1.5 km. Puerto Estepona marina is some 2.5 km along the coast and Valle Romano Golf & Resort roughly 5 km inland. Up on the roof, residents share an infinity pool, solarium and bar looking out over the Mediterranean towards Gibraltar.

The scheme is one block of homes spread over four floors. The intermediate levels hold apartments, while the top floor is given over to penthouses. Layouts offer three or four bedrooms and three or four bathrooms, with built areas of roughly 186 to 235 m². Floor plans are open, every home is south facing, and cross ventilation lets the sea breeze move through the rooms. Interiors are by Pedro Peña's design studio.
