On the Marbella side of Estepona, in the villa district of El Paraíso, Nine in Paradise is a small new-build scheme of nine detached homes with Tramores Golf roughly 200 metres from the plots. Each villa has four or five bedrooms, its own pool and a garden of around 800 to 1,000 m².
Living space runs from about 384 to 454 m² over three levels. The lowest level is a basement you can shape to suit your life: a home office, a guest suite, a gym or a media room. Some of the villas are sold fully furnished, while the rest leave the interior choices to the buyer.
For anyone thinking of spending long stretches here, the practical geography is reassuring. The Bel-Air centre is about 600 metres away, the sandy Playa del Saladillo around 1.5 km, and the Hospiten hospital in Estepona some 4.5 km. Gibraltar is the closest airport at 45 km as the crow flies, with Málaga at 54 km.

Nine in Paradise is made up of nine freestanding villas in a clean contemporary style, and no two share exactly the same layout. Every home has three levels, the lowest being a basement with a flexible multi-purpose room.
