Step out of Nubay, a new-build development in Manilva, and Playa de la Chullera is roughly 100 metres away. Set on the western stretch of the Costa del Sol in Málaga province, the scheme spreads across seven blocks of up to four storeys. It offers two- and three-bedroom homes, and penthouses make up a large share of the mix.
Outdoor space is what sets the tone here. Every home has its own terrace, starting at around 43 m² and going beyond 200 m² on the biggest penthouses, while interiors measure about 85 to 176 m². A few garden-level homes also have a private plot of 34 to 48 m².
Behind the gates, residents share a pool set in landscaped grounds, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi, and security staff are on site day and night. Everyday errands are easy: a supermarket sits about 900 metres off, Duquesa's harbour roughly 1.5 km and La Duquesa Golf & Country Club around 1 km.
