Every home faces south and looks out towards the sea.
What stands out here is how little you need the car. Playa Los Claros is about 300 metres away, a supermarket and the Clinica Rincon medical centre are around 400 metres away, and the centre of Rincón de la Victoria is 1.5 km off. Añoreta Golf lies roughly 1.5 km away, and the Puerto Deportivo del Candado marina is about 7.5 km away.
