Its strongest card is golf: La Resina Golf & Country Club sits roughly 400 metres away as the crow flies. The beach is about 1.5 km off, the Resinera-Voladilla centre around 1 km, a supermarket about 1.5 km and Hospital Hospiten de Estepona roughly 2 km.
Every home has two bathrooms and between about 83 and 95 m² of living space, paired with a terrace ranging from around 46 m² to almost 159 m². Down here that outdoor area often becomes the main living room for much of the year. You can choose a ground-floor unit, one on the middle level or one at the top of the building.
