Pelit Marítimo is a new-build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, a single four-storey building roughly 300 metres from Playa del Castillo. The homes are ground-floor flats, middle-floor flats and penthouses, all with two or three bedrooms and between about 66 and 97 m² of living space. Every home has its own terrace, the largest measuring around 58 m².
The real strength here is how little you need a car. A supermarket sits about 100 metres away, Fuengirola town centre is around 700 metres off and public transport is close by. Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola, the marina, lies about 1.5 km away, Cerrado del Aguila Golf around 2.5 km, and Málaga Airport roughly 20 km as the crow flies.
