Pure Sun Fase II is a new-build development in Manilva, on high ground on the western Costa del Sol. It suits golfers well: La Duquesa Golf & Country Club is roughly 300 metres away as the crow flies. The beach is about 1 km off and the Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa marina about 1.5 km. Castillo de la Duquesa, the nearest town centre, is around 800 metres away.
There are three types of home: ground-floor apartments, middle-floor apartments and penthouses. Each has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living space runs from about 87 to 135 m². Every home has a private terrace, from 27 m² at the smallest to 241 m² at the largest.
The ten blocks share a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi. There is a lift and an underground car park. Gibraltar is the closest airport, at roughly 25.5 km. Málaga is about 75 km away and has the wider choice of routes to the UK and Ireland.

Pure Sun Fase II is made up of ten low-rise blocks on sloping ground. The homes are spread over four levels: a lower ground level, the ground floor and two upper floors. There are ground-floor apartments, middle-floor apartments and penthouses on the top level. Each has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with about 87 to 135 m² of living space.
