The old centre of Málaga is about 1.5 km off, so you get a house with its own garden and garage while staying properly inside the city rather than out in a resort.
The homes come with three or four bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms, and offer between roughly 236 and 249 m² of living space. Each has a terrace of about 88 to 89 m², a private garden of 158 to 182 m² and its own swimming pool. There is a lift inside, the garage holds more than one car, and photovoltaic solar panels generate electricity.
Daily errands are short hops: a supermarket at around 300 metres and Hospital Vithas Parque San Antonio at about 500 metres. Marina Real Club Mediterráneo is some 2 km away, Club de Golf El Candado about 5 km, and Málaga airport roughly 10 km.
