Residencial Azahares Rafal is a small new-build scheme in Rafal, a Vega Baja village where the centre is roughly 500 metres from your door and a supermarket about 600 metres away. Nine semi-detached houses share a communal pool and garden, on the newest edge of the village beside the municipal sports centre. Each house has three bathrooms and either three or four bedrooms, with living space of around 99 to 178 m².
What sets these homes apart from a typical coastal flat is the extra space above and below. Every house sits over its own basement level with a driveway for the car, and there is a solarium on top. Most also have a terrace of about 37 to 49 m², and air conditioning is pre-installed.
