Residencial Coto Homes is a small new-build development in Mijas, set in the residential El Coto area above Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. Its two low-rise blocks hold ground-floor and middle-floor apartments with one to three bedrooms and roughly 74 m² to 147 m² of living space. Every home in the price list has its own terrace of about 9 to 20 m².
The real draw is how much sits within easy reach. Campo-Mijas town centre is about 600 metres away and a supermarket around 500 metres, so daily errands rarely call for the car. Playa de los Boliches lies around 2 km as the crow flies, while Fuengirola marina and the Campo Los Lagos golf course are each about 2.5 km off. Málaga Airport is roughly 18 km away.
