Residencial Vernissa is a new-build development of townhouses in Denia, set roughly 300 metres from Platja de les Deveses, the sandy stretch of coast on the northern side of the municipality. That short walk is the point of the place: mornings on the beach without needing the car. The homes are terraced townhouses with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering around 129 to 138 m² of living space.
Every house comes with its own garden and a terrace of about 48 to 53 m², part of it covered. Garden sizes vary widely, from about 13 m² on the smallest plot to some 159 m² on the largest. Residents share a communal pool and landscaped gardens, and each home has air conditioning for heating and cooling, fitted wardrobes and fibre optic broadband.
