Rojales Villas is a small new-build scheme in Rojales (Ciudad Quesada) on the southern Costa Blanca, made up of detached villas that each sit on their own plot. Every home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with roughly 86 to 108 m² of living space. Outdoor living carries much of the appeal: each villa comes with a private garden of around 388 to 505 m², its own swimming pool, a covered terrace and a solarium.
Golf is the obvious draw of this location. La Marquesa Golf is about 1.5 km away, the centre of neighbouring Benijófar is a similar distance, and a supermarket sits roughly 700 metres from the plots. The Benijófar health centre is also around 1.5 km off. The coast takes a short drive: Platja del Camp lies about 6.5 km away, measured directly.
Solar panels, double glazing, electric blinds and an alarm system are part of the specification. With Alicante-Elche Airport some 28 km away, flying in for a long weekend is entirely practical.
