Royal Palms Mijas Fase IV-3 is a new-build phase in La Cala de Mijas, the coastal district of Mijas, set roughly 300 metres from the fairways of La Noria Golf & Resort. Nearly all the homes are penthouses, with a single ground-floor residence. They range from one to three bedrooms and from about 64 to 131 m² of living space, and every one has a private terrace of between roughly 27 and 81 m².
In La Cala you can manage most of daily life on foot. The sand of Playa de La Cala (La Butibamba) is around 700 metres off, the village centre about 900 metres and a supermarket some 400 metres. Puerto Cabopino marina is close to 5 km away and Hospital Costa del Sol a little over 12 km, both measured in a straight line.
The gated grounds have a communal pool and an indoor pool, a gym with sauna, tennis and padel courts and landscaped gardens. The views take in the sea, the greenery and the pool. Málaga airport is about 26 km away as the crow flies, which helps if you come and go often.
