Salinas Tower Torre 2 is a new-build residential tower in Calpe, on the northern Costa Blanca, made up of flats looking out over the town and the Mediterranean. Every home sits on a middle floor, between level one and level twelve, and offers two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 101 to 127 m² of living space. Each flat comes with its own terrace of about 15 to 24.5 m², partly covered, with panoramic sea views.
The location suits people who want to live here day to day rather than just visit. Platja de l'Algoleja beach is about 400 metres away, a supermarket roughly 100 metres and Calp town centre around 1.5 km. Puerto Blanco marina is some 2.5 km off and Club de Golf Ifach about 5.5 km, all measured as the crow flies.
Inside the gated grounds there is a communal pool, landscaped gardens, a gym and a padel court. Add a lift, a garage with electric car charging, a storage room and an energy rating of B, and the tower works as well for year-round living as it does for holidays.

Torre 2 is a single tower within the wider Salinas Tower development. In this phase every flat is on a middle floor, spread across levels one to twelve, and a lift serves the whole building.
